All products sold on small-tiny are intangible digital downloads, including but not limited to:
- Editable PDFs
- Word/Google Docs templates
- Canva files
- Interactive spreadsheets and dashboards
Due to the non-returnable nature of these products, all sales are final.

Once the digital file has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered via email/download link, we do not offer refunds, except where required by law.
